After receiving multiple quotes to undertake my building survey, Raja at RS Building Surveyors really stood out from the crowd.
His initial emails to me whilst I was researching which company to use were very thorough and I could clearly see he was taking the time to answer my questions instead of sending template emails like a lot of other firms that contacted me.
Once I had arranged with Raja to do the survey, he arrived on time, was very polite and professional and talked me through any areas of the survey I didn't understand or had concerns about.
I received the survey within the stated timeframe and I was very satisfied with the whole service Raja provided. I feel RS Building Surveyors were excellent value for money and would highly recommend them.

Great interactions, very friendly personality and superb service.
Raja was happy to agree and conduct a home survey on a very short notice (given my purchase process was near completion).
He was a great support throughout and followed up straight after conducting the survey giving me insights and explaining areas of concerns.

Raja is very experienced, professional, and knowledgeable in his work. He has given me a lot of good advice while doing the survey. He is very patient, as i am asking a lot of questions, and he took his time to check each bit of the house. The price is also 20% cheaper as compared to other survey companies. I will definitely use him again while buying my other properties.

Having spent his lifetime in Bedfordshire, Raja is very familiar with the surrounding built environment and especially that of Luton.
